About the Role
Rixos Premium Dubai JBR seeks an enthusiastic Bellman to be the first point of contact for guests, managing porterage operations and ensuring exceptional service. The role requires at least 2 years of hotel industry experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Welcome all guests and residents with warmth and professionalism, providing directions and recommendations for hotel facilities.
- Supervise and participate in the handling, storage, and safekeeping of all incoming, outgoing, and stored baggage with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate and support guest arrival and departure experiences, working collaboratively with the doorman and reception teams.
- Monitor valet parking operations, taxi queues, and hired car services according to established priorities and procedures.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating security incidents or complaints to the Duty Manager when appropriate.
- Maintain the hotel entrance and driveway operations in accordance with established service standards and code of ethics.
- Promote inter hotel sales and in house facilities to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure all tasks are performed in adherence with workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
- Work closely with colleagues across all departments to deliver personalized and efficient service encounters.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to ascertain and address guest/colleague needs
- Focus on service with an eye for detail and an approachable attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure, analyze and resolve problems, and exercise good judgment with professionalism
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
- Self motivation and good initiative in a dynamic environment
- Ensure security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information
