Role Overview
TAMANI MARINA HOTEL is seeking a courteous, energetic, and guest-focused Bellman for its Front Office team.
The Bellman welcomes guests and provides luggage assistance and support for guest needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with professionalism.
- Assist with luggage handling, delivery, and storage.
- Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and amenities.
- Provide directions, local information, and assistance with guest requests.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge for seamless guest service.
- Maintain a neat and welcoming lobby area.
- Uphold hotel service standards and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude are required.
- The role requires the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.
