Position Summary
Provide a wide range of guest services that make hotel transactions and the overall stay feel like part of the guest experience.
Take initiative, move throughout the assigned space, and complete operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete reports.
- Address guest requests throughout the stay.
- Share highlights and information about the local area.
- Follow company policies and procedures and protect company assets.
- Maintain confidentiality, safety, quality, and professional communication standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is listed.
- No supervisory experience is listed.
- No license or certification is listed.
Workplace and Physical Expectations
- The position is based at the Dubai Marina property and is not remote.
