Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings and follow baggage procedures during check-in and check-out.
• Welcome arriving guests, open vehicle doors, guide guests to the Front Desk, and escort them to rooms.
• Maintain the entrance, driveway, lobby, and baggage room in a clean and orderly condition.
• Learn the hotel layout, guest routes, lift operation, and emergency stairs.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and services and greet repeat and long-staying guests.
• Support other department employees when necessary and record important matters in the Duty Log.
• Prepare and deliver newspapers to guest rooms as assigned.
• Arrange transport with the Airport Concierge and coordinate luggage.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Proficiency in handling luggage and operating bell carts.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and safety procedures.
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance, impeccable grooming, and composure under pressure.
