Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding suitable beauty products.
- Demonstrate and recommend products, explaining their benefits and application techniques.
- Keep up to date with beauty trends and products to provide accurate information.
- Assist with inventory management and restock shelves.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in training and product knowledge sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail or customer service experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, results-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-player attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
