Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide expert advice on ARMAF Beauty products
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate and explain product benefits, application techniques, and usage
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Maintain product displays, testers, and counters in perfect condition
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally
- Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and in store promotions
- Stay updated on product launches, beauty trends, and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage brand loyalty
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 3 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor, Sales Promoter, or Retail Associate in beauty or fragrance
- Strong product knowledge in perfumes and beauty lines
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Presentable, confident, and sales driven personality
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
- Flexible to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays

Job Summary
- The Beauty Advisor will represent ARMAF Beauty by delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the brand’s range of beauty and fragrance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide expert advice on ARMAF Beauty products, including perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance their beauty experience.
- Demonstrate and explain product benefits, application techniques, and usage.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, testers, and counters in perfect condition and in line with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer queries and feedback in a professional manner.
- Support with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and in store promotions.
- Stay updated on product launches, beauty trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage brand loyalty and repeat purchases.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/certification in Beauty or Cosmetology is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor, Sales Promoter, or Retail Associate (preferably in beauty or fragrance).
- Strong product knowledge in perfumes and beauty lines.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Presentable, confident, and sales driven personality.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
- AED 2,500 AED 3,500 per month
