Position Overview

  • Business Development Manager (BDM) – Industrial Business | KSA
  • Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Experience: Must have KSA experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Generate leads, conduct market research, and identify potential projects and customers.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts and progress reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long term business relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the industrial sector.
  • Strong network within the Saudi industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, or infrastructure market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
  • Experience in tendering, contract negotiation, and commercial management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
