- Learn how quizzes, assessments, and knowledge checks are designed
- Explore how content is adapted for better user experience and learner engagement
- Work with subject matter experts to translate technical knowledge into learning content
- Experience how digital learning content is organized, documented, and maintained
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in Instructional Design, Education, HR, Business, Multimedia, or related field
- Curiosity about e learning, content creation, or digital training solutions
- Creative and enjoy working with content, structure, and visuals
- Detail oriented and organized
- Open to learning new tools and technologies
- Interest in sustainability, ESG and social impact topics
