Job Description
The Bartender/Mixologist supports Hilton hotel hospitality by preparing and serving beverages while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Interact with guests in an upbeat and friendly manner and proactively improve their experience.
- Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipe standards.
- Stock and organize beverages, glassware, and perishable bar supplies.
- Process cash, credit and debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers through the point-of-sale system.
- Monitor beverage inventory and maintain product freshness and quality.
- Handle situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
