Maui Brewing Co. Kihei is looking for a top-notch Bartender to join our craft 'ohana!

Job Title: Bartender

Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kihei - 605 Lipoa Parkway, Kihei, Hawai'i

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time (dependent on availability)

Pay Rate: $14.75/hour base rate PLUS tips

Tips : $36.00-$44.00 average hourly tip rate (dependent on shift/sales/events) - paid weekly via Branch ™

Summary of Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, attentive, and exceptional service to guests and assist with menu selections and beverage recommendations.

Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.

Support the service team with dining operations and guest experience.

Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.

Summary of Qualifications:

You have at least 3 years of experience as a bartender in a full-service bar or restaurant.

You knowledgeable in craft beer, cocktails, and food.

You are passionate about guest service and strive to create memorable experiences for all guests.

You get along great with others and know how to be a team player.

You have weekend availability (Friday - Sunday).
