- Craft classic and innovative cocktails with precision, ensuring consistent quality and presentation to elevate the guest experience.
- Manage the bar inventory efficiently, minimizing waste and ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available for peak service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to strict hygiene standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for both staff and guests.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments with speed and efficiency.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service and promoting responsible drinking habits.
- Assist in training new bar staff, sharing knowledge of recipes, techniques, and service standards to maintain a high level of team performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods, supporting each other to maintain efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Stay informed about current trends in mixology, experimenting with new techniques and ingredients to enhance the bar's offerings.
- Proactively address guest concerns and resolve any issues with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
