Summary At Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai, we are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining exceptional service standards, and contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Deliver exceptional guest service by providing friendly, professional, and engaging experiences while maintaining Hyatt brand standards.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, quality standards, and operational procedures.

Build strong relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, and confidently recommend beverages, menu items, and upselling opportunities.

Ensure the bar and service areas are clean, organized, well-stocked, and compliant with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Process guest orders and payments accurately using the Micros POS system while adhering to cashiering and cash handling procedures.

Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen, Beverage, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Assist with inventory management, including stock control, stock rotation, replenishment, and monthly inventory checks of equipment and supplies.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution.

Support special events and functions by conducting operational checks and ensuring all service requirements are met.

Comply with responsible beverage service practices and all applicable local regulations.

Participate actively in training sessions, team meetings, and continuous learning initiatives to enhance product knowledge and service standards.
