Responsibilities
- Curate and present an exquisite selection of hand crafted alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages adhering to FIVE Star standards.
- Engage with guests in a professional, friendly manner, taking orders and making tailored recommendations.
- Process payments with precision and efficiency, handling cash and operating the Point Of Sale System.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of premium beverage menus, including ingredients, flavors, and preparation methods.
- Ensure the bar area is consistently well stocked, organized, and clean.
- Employ strategic inventory management techniques including tracking usage, reordering supplies, and conducting stock checks.
- Adhere rigorously to all Health and Safety Regulations.
- Collaborate with servers, chefs, and management to ensure a seamless service experience.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a Luxury Hotel or Resort environment in a Bartending role
- Bartending Certification or related professional training preferred
- Extensive knowledge of beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust organizational skills and exceptional multi tasking skills
- Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety Regulations and Responsible Alcohol Service practices
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

- A proven track record in a Luxury Hotel or Resort environment in a Bartending role.
- A Bartending Certification or related professional training is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge and mastery of a diverse range of Beverages, Cocktail Recipes, and Mixology Techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust Organisational Skills and Exceptional Multi Tasking skills.
- A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, and Responsible Alcohol Service practices.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
