We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys interacting with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently followed
- Refill stock and monitor inventory levels
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Assist the team with daily opening and closing duties
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills preferred
