- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso based beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to company standards
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments
- Recommend beverages and food items based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverages
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Food safety knowledge is preferred
