Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team at Warehouse Gym.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and snacks to our gym members while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, smoothies, shakes and other beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café/bar area
- Take customer orders and provide excellent service
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Ensure all food and drinks meet health and safety standards
- Handle payments accurately through POS system
- Work closely with the front desk and gym team to support member needs
- Follow opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/hospitality role preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- *Basic knowledge of coffee machines and drink preparation
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends
- Passion for health and fitness is a plus
