Job Summary
Prepare and present high-quality coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and other menu items in hotel food and beverage outlets.
Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient guest service while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, product quality, and workplace organization.
Support smooth daily operations, stock management, and an inviting guest environment.
Beverage Preparation and Quality
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, specialty drinks, and other beverages according to approved recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
- Apply espresso extraction, milk steaming, beverage presentation, and basic latte art techniques where applicable.
- Maintain consistent beverage taste, temperature, portioning, presentation, and quality.
- Customize beverages according to guest preferences and monitor ingredient freshness.
Guest Service
- Welcome guests, take accurate orders, confirm special requests, and recommend beverages, pastries, snacks, and menu items.
- Respond professionally to guest questions, requests, and complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
