Customer Service
- Greet customers, take orders, provide menu information, and engage with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, and specialty drinks, using standardized recipes.
Equipment and Sanitation
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, blenders, and other equipment, while maintaining proper cleanliness and maintenance.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Inventory and Teamwork
- Monitor stock levels, communicate supply needs, and assist with receiving and storing inventory.
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea varieties, brewing methods, and equipment is required.
- Flexible availability is needed for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
