• Ensure prompt and efficient handling of all guest luggage and the luggage store while adhering to safety and security protocols.
• Assure every luggage is covered with a baggage claim tag.
• Organize, manage and supervise the delivery and retrieval of luggage while managing speedy and efficient parking of cars especially, during large events.
• Parking of guests and visitors vehicles in the designated hotel parking area.
• Resolve guests complaints/ requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediately follow up.

About the hotel
Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha offers hospitality, entertainment, and all-inclusive food and beverage services in Doha.
The hotel has 378 guest rooms and is seeking a Doorman for its Front Office team.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve a quality audit result of 95% or above through consistent documented training.
- Support high guest satisfaction and maintain Rixos hospitality standards.
- Check hotel occupancy, functions, groups, VIPs, daily activities, and hotel facilities.
- Cooperate with colleagues and other departments and encourage effective teamwork.
- Open hotel doors and warmly welcome arriving and departing guests.
- Handle guest luggage and the luggage store according to safety and security protocols.
- Organize luggage delivery and retrieval and manage vehicle parking, especially during large events.
- Resolve guest complaints and requests and coordinate prompt follow-up.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Two to five years of experience is listed.
- Previous hospitality, concierge, reception, customer service, or similar experience is listed.
- Professional appearance, appropriate grooming, punctuality, and dependability are expected.
