The ideal candidate will assist bartenders, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with daily bar operations
- Refill and organize stock such as beverages, ice, glassware, and garnishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area
- Support in setup and closing duties of the bar
- Help receive and store supplies and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barback or in a similar hospitality role preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings
