Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages when required, following bar standards
- Ensure guests have a pleasant experience by anticipating their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- Coordinate with bar staff and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in promoting and upselling beverages and special offers when appropriate
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality or related field (or relevant experience)
- Experience in 5 star luxury hotels highly preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of wines and beverage service
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Description

A Glimpse into Your Role as a Bar Waitress
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality or related field is an advantage (or relevant experience in F&B service).
- Experience in 5 star luxury hotels is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages considered an advantage.
- WSET certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of wines and beverage service is required.
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
