Bar Manager position in the Food and Beverage & Culinary category at Salwa Road, Doha, Qatar.

Candidate profile
- High school diploma or GED plus four years of relevant food and beverage, culinary, or related professional experience is listed as an alternative qualification.
- A two-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or a related major plus two years of relevant experience is listed as an alternative qualification.
Bar and lounge operations
- Implement beverage policies and procedures throughout the property and comply with applicable beverage and liquor laws.
- Manage beverage controls including inventory, bar pars, portion control, costs, sales mix analysis, issues and returns, and period-end inventory.
- Attend convention meetings as needed, review financial reports, manage controllable expenses, and pursue budgeted goals.
- Maintain operating, food handling, sanitation, inventory, and quality standards while assisting with menus and promotions.
