The full-time Bar Manager role is based in Qatar and is performed on-site.
The role oversees daily bar operations, staff scheduling, service quality, guest experience, inventory, suppliers, training, sales, cash handling, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily bar operations, staff schedules, service quality, and the guest environment.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels and coordinate beverage and supply deliveries with suppliers.
- Train, coach, and develop bar staff while implementing service standards.
- Support sales promotions and upselling to drive revenue.
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Work with management on menu development and operational improvements.
