Role Overview
The Bar Manager oversees beverage operations, service standards, team performance, inventory, costs, guest satisfaction, and operational compliance.
The role is based in a high-volume luxury hospitality environment.
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality management, food and beverage management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of bar operations experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurants is preferred.
- Knowledge of mixology, premium spirits, wine, cocktails, and beverage service standards.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory, stock control, beverage costing, budgets, and supplier relationships.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and local regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operationally required.

- Strong leadership, team management, organization, and operational planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume luxury environment.
