- Monitor service during events and quickly handle any guest requests or issues
- Ensure high service standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with upselling premium food and beverage options when appropriate
- Oversee event closing procedures and ensure everything is properly cleared and organized
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or relevant hotel experience)
- At least 2 years of experience in banquet or food & beverage service in a hotel
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English or other languages
- Good knowledge of banquet operations and service standards
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Well organized, able to multitask, and pay attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast paced environment

Job Description

- In this role, you will help ensure that all events and banquets run smoothly — from setup to service — while making sure guests feel welcome and well taken care of.

What We’re Looking For
