Banquet Server

Provide professional, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service during banquet events including weddings, corporate functions, and other special events.

All tasks are to be performed with a high level of courtesy, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction.

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications including table settings, buffet arrangements, and service stations.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating as needed.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately according to the event’s meal service (plated, buffet, or passed hors d'oeuvres).
• Monitor food and beverage levels, replenish items as needed, and clear used dishes in a timely and discreet manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space throughout the event.
• Communicate with kitchen and banquet captain to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Assist with post-event breakdown including clearing tables, storing equipment, and general cleanup.

• At least 1 year of prior experience in food service, banquet, or hospitality setting preferred.
• Friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
