Ball Picker

To carryout lubrication of the Target Augers on regular interval.

To ensure punctual attendance at work of all employees.

To inspect regularly the function and safe operation of all equipment including buggy’s under his jurisdiction and report to the Supervisor of any discrepancies found.

To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times.

Topgolf is a part of EGC and the Ball Picker if required will be asked to work at the Club.

Any other duties assigned by the Facilities Lead/Asst. Facilities lead.

Participate in Topgolf-Dubai emergency response team.

Participate in the control of all heat, light and power equipment according to the need and demand of the Topgolf-Dubai and the external weather condition

To ensure cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.

To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform of subordinates, particularly when working in guest areas.

2. Ancillary Duties :

In line with the Dubai Golf’s continual improvement and the involvement with General Operations, the Ball Picker is required to participate in various extra activities contributing to the growth of the Topgolf-Dubai including various evening functions.

3. Quality Responsibilities :

Aware and demonstrate Dubai Golf’s Mission, Vision and Values. Will be responsible to apply the 4 Service Targets throughout serving internal and external customers.

4. IT Security Awareness:

Read, Understand and comply with all applicable Information Security Policies and Procedures of wasl DG.

Co-operate, co-ordinate and share information with Internal/External Audit teams as appropriate and applicable.

Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by the wasl IT Department.

All Information Security breaches, events, weaknesses, incidents (actual or suspected breaches) shall be immediately reported to the IT Service Desk.
