Production Helper Responsibilities
The Production Helper supports daily bakery production activities and follows instructions from management, section in-charges, and supervisors.
The role supports safe production and delivery of products that meet established specifications.
Production Duties
- Follow instructions provided through management training.
- Perform daily production activities based on received orders.
- Work in any assigned area as directed by management.
- Report incidents of non-conformity to the concerned section in-charge.
Food Safety and Hygiene
- Follow food safety procedures provided by the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Follow good hygiene practices and SSOPs according to company policies.
- Follow FIFO procedures.
- Ensure production is carried out under standard specifications and products are safe for customers.
Equipment Sanitation
- Clean and sanitize machinery and equipment in the assigned area in coordination with maintenance where applicable.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are clean and sanitized before starting and after completing assigned production activities where applicable.
Job Type and Pay
- The job is full-time.
- Pay is AED 1,100 to AED 1,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
