Role Overview
Production Helper supports bakery production activities according to management, supervisor, and quality assurance instructions.
The role helps ensure production follows food safety procedures and that safe products are delivered to customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow instructions provided through management training.
- Perform daily activities according to orders from section in-charges or supervisors.
- Implement established food safety procedures and standard specifications.
- Follow GMP and SSOP policies.
- Clean and sanitize machinery and equipment in coordination with Maintenance when applicable.
- Ensure equipment is clean and sanitized before and after assigned production activities when applicable.
- Follow the FIFO procedure.
- Work in any area assigned by management.
- Report nonconformities to the concerned section in-charge.
Work Requirements
- Ability to follow management, supervisor, and training instructions is required.
- Ability to work in any assigned production area is required.
- Ability to follow food safety, GMP, SSOP, and FIFO procedures is required.
- Ability to report production nonconformities is required.

- Pay is AED 1,100 to AED 1,500 per month.
