Bakery Manager

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Lead Bakery Team to Measure, mix, scale, and hand-mould various types of artisanal bread Hand-Mould bread, baguettes, boule, etc. Bake and score traditional bread and bakery products Operate bakery equipment (i.e. commercial mixers, rack ovens, proofer, bread slicer)

• Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts
• Schedule Bakery Team Members to ensure that production and customer needs are met
• Ensure company standards are met and department programs are followed
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team
• Train, develop, and motivate Bakery Team Members
• Resolve customer and Bakery Department concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
• Champion the Freson Bros. brand and culture by modeling our qualities of Drive, Integrity, and Growth
• Providing an exceptional customer experience
