- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie Bakery & Pastry or similar role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts
- Creativity and ability to create new dessert recipes
- Attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Culinary school diploma specializing in pastry and baking is preferred
