- Provide first level IT support for hardware, software, network, and user related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Assist in user account creation, password resets, and access management
- Monitor IT systems and security alerts, escalating incidents when required
- Support antivirus, endpoint protection, firewall, and network security administration
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and software installations
- Assist with vulnerability assessments and security compliance activities
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and technical resolutions
- Assist with other IT and cybersecurity projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, System Administration, or Cybersecurity
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships, projects, or certifications are encouraged to apply
