Requirements
- 7–10 years of BA experience in Banking (Retail/SME)
- Strong exposure to Mobile/Digital Banking
- Knowledge of payments, onboarding, Mobile Journeys, Account Opening, CASA, SME products, Account Services
- Agile, JIRA/Confluence experience
- Strong stakeholder communication
- UAE/GCC banking experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of KYC/AML (preferred)
- BA/Agile certifications (preferred)
