- Professional fluency in English; Arabic is a major advantage

Role Overview
- Mawrid is the UAE’s premier digital B2B healthcare marketplace, transforming the medical supply chain by connecting clinics and healthcare facilities directly with medical suppliers.
- We are immediately hiring field tested, elite Medical Sales Representatives to onboard founding members across all seven regions of the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Penetration: Hunt, pitch, and secure subscription commitments from premium clinics and Tier 1 medical suppliers across your designated regions.
- B2B Relationship Management: Leverage your professional network to bypass gatekeepers and engage directly with procurement heads, clinic managers, and supplier directors.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire pipeline from cold outreach and platform demonstrations to contract execution and payment verification.
- Regional Outreach: Travel to client sites across various emirates to conduct high impact, in person presentations and secure platform partnerships.
Mandatory Candidate Requirements
- Location & Visa: You must currently reside in the UAE and possess a valid, ongoing residency visa (Spouse, Employment, or Golden Visa).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid medical sales experience in the UAE market (active in the local market starting from at least 2024/2025).
- Rich Professional Network: You must bring a pre existing, robust network of established contacts within UAE medical clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, or healthcare suppliers.
- Mobility: Ability to work autonomously with the flexibility and mobility to cover client sites across different emirates as needed.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Professional fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a major advantage.
