(AZ)CAM Programmer - Execution

CAM Programming - 5+ years programming aerospace parts

High-Level Problem Solving - Ability to decompose complex, multi-variable manufacturing issues and converge on root cause quickly. Capable of implementing effective solutions in high-complexity environments.

Process Engineering - Has a track record of successfully machining difficult parts with stringent requirements. Understands the pitfalls of operation selection, material removal, tooling application, and material science.

Machining Knowledge - Has applicable experience with a variety of machine types (mills, lathes), materials (alum, stainless, hard metals), tooling application, workholding, and fixture design.

GD&T - Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering print reading.

Communication - Clear and effective written and verbal communication. Ability to collaborate across teams and convey technical information accurately.

Experience with 5-axis milling machines, vertical mill turn and horizontal mill turn.

Experience with HyperMILL, NX, Heidenhain, Fanuc and Celos

Hard metal cutting experience (Inconel, Icytough, Stainless)

Applications engineering for machining processes

Process Engineering for high production environments including “turnkey” processes
