AWS DevOps - Senior Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CDK and AWS CloudFormation
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Amazon ECS (with strong focus on Windows containers)
• Configure and manage load balancing and traffic routing using Application Load Balancer (ALB) and Network Load Balancer (NLB)
• Implement and manage storage solutions using Amazon S3
• Set up and maintain monitoring and observability using Amazon CloudWatch (logs, metrics, alarms, dashboards)
• Ensure security best practices , including management of IAM roles/policies, encryption via AWS KMS , and secure access using AWS Systems Manager (SSM)
• Troubleshoot production issues across infrastructure and application layers, ensuring high availability and system reliability
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to enable smooth, automated, and reliable deployment processes
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency, performance, and scalability
