- Conduct Warehouse Maintenance, Inventories, and Stock Management
- Perform Supply Support Activity (SSA)/depot functions including receipt, issue, turn in, retrograde, inventories, stock control, reconciliation, and warehouse operations
- Identify non conforming material and maintain proper segregation and documentation
- Oversee end to end supply chain processes for aviation related materials
- Collaborate with logistics personnel to optimize the supply chain for efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up to date inventory records of supplies, spare parts, and equipment
- Conduct regular audits to ensure precise inventory management and address discrepancies
- Coordinate with aviation procurement teams to acquire necessary supplies
- Ensure compliance with aviation procurement regulations and budgetary constraints
- Develop and implement distribution strategies for aviation supplies
- Implement quality control measures to ensure received aviation supplies meet standards
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring for aviation supply related expenses
Requirements
- Experience in aviation logistics and warehouse operations
