Job Location
- Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Role Overview
Support hotel guests, especially meeting and conference participants, with audio-visual and IT needs.
Ensure guest IT equipment operates to their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of standard IT equipment and how it works together.
- Support PCs, laser projectors, audio speakers, TVs, DVD players, and CD-ROM players.
- Maintain working knowledge of hardware, operating systems, application software, and supporting tools.
- Take inventory and complete equipment reports.
Qualifications
- Documented training from a technical or vocational institute is required.
- One year of operating experience in a hotel engineering department is required.
- Good knowledge of IT and audio-visual systems is required.
Additional Skills
- Knowledge of various AV equipment types.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
