About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize AV equipment, ensuring all devices are in proper working order
- Conduct routine checks, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of audio, video, and lighting systems
- Set up and operate AV equipment for events, meetings, and presentations
- Ensure cables, connectors, and other accessories are safely arranged and maintained
- Provide AV support to internal teams and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures when handling equipment
- Assist during events as needed
- Identify potential hazards related to AV setups and take corrective action, notifying supervisors when necessary
- Log equipment usage, maintenance issues, and incidents according to hotel procedures
Requirements
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and take on diverse tasks
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar environment (4 5★ hotel preferred)
- Certificate in AV operations or related technical training
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow emergency protocols

Day to Day Responsibilities
