Automotive Spare Parts Storekeeper
DEIZ GARAGE is a premium automotive workshop in Dubai, focused on luxury, sports, and high-performance cars.
We are looking for an Automotive Spare Parts Storekeeper to manage spare parts, consumables, tools, and daily warehouse operations inside the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, store, and issue spare parts, consumables, and workshop materials
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP Cyber Auto
- Create purchase orders and support the purchasing process
- Issue parts to technicians based on work orders
- Control stock levels, minimum balances, and availability of key items
- Organize warehouse locations, labeling, and proper storage of parts
- Track used, returned, damaged, and warranty parts
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Prepare basic reports on stock, usage, shortages, and purchases
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, technicians, and management to avoid workshop delays
- Keep the warehouse clean, structured, and fully controlled
Key Requirements
- Experience as a parts storekeeper, warehouse assistant, inventory clerk, or similar role
- Automotive spare parts experience is a strong advantage
- Experience with ERP systems is required; Cyber Auto experience is a strong plus
- Basic understanding of part numbers, consumables, and workshop processes
- Good English communication skills
- Accuracy, discipline, responsibility, and attention to detail
- UAE / GCC automotive workshop experience is a plus
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Work schedule:
- 6 working days per week
Compensation
- Salary: AED 3,500-4,500 per month
- Final salary depends on the candidate’s experience, skills, and interview results
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
