- Manage and organize inventory of automotive spare parts, components, tools, consumables, and workshop materials
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and materials against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory systems, and documentation
- Issue parts and materials to technicians and workshop teams based on approved requests
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or delays
- Identify, label, and store parts properly to maintain quality and accessibility
- Maintain records of rare, vintage, and classic vehicle parts with proper tracking
- Coordinate with procurement, workshop, and maintenance teams for parts availability
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits
- Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration of parts
- Follow health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the storage area
- Assist in identifying suitable replacement parts or alternatives when required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as an Automotive Storekeeper, Parts Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience working with luxury vehicles, classic cars, restoration workshops, or premium automotive brands is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, tools, and workshop equipment
- Familiarity with vehicle components such as engine parts, electrical systems, body parts, and mechanical items
- Experience using inventory management systems or ERP software
- Good understanding of stock control procedures and documentation
- Ability to read parts catalogs, invoices, and technical documents
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and support workshop operations
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with technicians and suppliers
- Knowledge of safety standards and proper storage practices
