About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, brake service, tire rotation, etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using diagnostic tools/scanners
- Carry out engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and brake system repairs
- Perform battery, AC, and cooling system checks and repairs
- Conduct pre delivery inspections (PDI) and post repair quality checks
- Road test vehicles to confirm repairs and identify further issues
- Maintain accurate job cards, service records, and repair documentation
- Advise service advisors/customers on required repairs and estimated costs
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and adherence to workshop safety standards
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of engine systems, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills using scan tools/OBD equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical/repair manuals and wiring diagrams
- Hands on skills with hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment
- Knowledge of hybrid/EV systems (added advantage)
