- Design, develop, and implement Runbook Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
- Build and maintain automated alarm detection and troubleshooting systems using static threshold monitoring and AI/ML based anomaly detection
- Develop scripts, APIs, and workflows to automate operational processes and integrate with existing platforms
- Automate incident response, change management, and service restoration procedures
- Design and deploy AI powered operational solutions that enhance service reliability and operational efficiency
- Implement machine learning models for anomaly detection, predictive analysis, and automated troubleshooting
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into automation frameworks and operational workflows
- Analyze customer environments and gather business and technical requirements
- Design scalable automation and AI driven solutions tailored to customer needs
- Conduct customer workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in automation engineering, DevOps, AIOps, or related fields
- Experience delivering end to end automation solutions in enterprise or telecom environments
- Hands on experience with AI/ML enabled automation initiatives
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Bash, JavaScript, PHP, Perl, JSON
- Experience developing APIs and workflow integrations
- Experience with databases: MySQL, MariaDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database
- Hands on experience with Runbook and RPA tools (ENABLE, MITO, UiPath)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience working with customer facing projects and solution design activities

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions that optimize IT operations, incident management, and service delivery processes.
- This role combines traditional automation technologies with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and AIOps practices to deliver scalable, end to end solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and drive digital transformation.
- The successful candidate will work closely with cross functional teams and customers to identify automation opportunities, build intelligent workflows, and integrate AI driven capabilities into operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Runbook Automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
- Build and maintain automated alarm detection and troubleshooting systems using both static threshold monitoring and AI/ML based anomaly detection.
- Develop scripts, APIs, and workflows to automate operational processes and integrate with existing platforms.
- Automate incident response, change management, and service restoration procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automation engineering, DevOps, AIOps, or related fields.
- Experience delivering end to end automation solutions in enterprise or telecom environments.
- Hands on experience with AI/ML enabled automation initiatives.
- Experience working with customer facing projects and solution design activities.
Technical Skills
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Bash, JavaScript, PHP, Perl, JSON.
- Experience developing APIs and workflow integrations.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and practical implementation.
- Knowledge of anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and intelligent monitoring.
- Understanding of AIOps platforms and automation driven operations.
- Experience working with MySQL, MariaDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database.
- Hands on experience with Runbook and Robotic Process Automation tools, such as ENABLE, MITO, UiPath.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud native technologies (preferred).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and systems integration (preferred).
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices (preferred).
