- Design, build, and maintain production n8n workflows covering HR lifecycle processes
- Build and tune LLM/RAG AI conversational agent including prompt engineering and knowledge base ingestion
- Build and maintain centralized business rule validation engine enforcing HR policies
- Integrate n8n orchestration layer with Oracle EBS HRMS APIs, NestJS backend services, and external government verification platforms
- Implement AI governance controls including prompt template versioning and audit trail compliance
- Build automated test suites for workflow scenarios and AI agent responses
- Support HR AI Agent 2.0 track with workflow enhancements and AI pipeline contributions
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand ups, fortnightly sprint reviews, and monthly progress reporting
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in automation engineering
- Production experience with n8n workflow design and deployment
- Experience with LangChain for RAG pipelines and prompt engineering
- Experience integrating LLMs such as Azure OpenAI / GPT 4o
- REST API integration for enterprise multi system orchestration
- Bilingual Arabic and English AI interaction support
- Knowledge of AI governance including hallucination prevention and model versioning
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS HRMS APIs (nice to have)
- Experience with UAE federal government or HR systems (nice to have)
- Familiarity with LangSmith or Langfuse for LLM observability (nice to have)
- Node.js / NestJS familiarity (nice to have)
- pgvector or vector database experience (nice to have)

Role Overview
- N8N Automation Engineer with 6+ years experience, based in Dubai, full time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production n8n workflows covering HR lifecycle processes: eligibility validation, multi step approval routing, SLA monitoring, document handling, notification triggers, and exception management.
- Build and tune the LLM/RAG AI conversational agent — including prompt engineering, knowledge base ingestion and retrieval, intent detection, context retention, Arabic/English bilingual support, and hallucination prevention.
- Build and maintain the centralized business rule validation engine enforcing CLIENT HR policies, eligibility criteria, and governance controls before any lifecycle transaction executes.
- Integrate the n8n orchestration layer with Oracle EBS HRMS APIs, NestJS backend services, and external government verification platforms.
- Implement AI governance controls: prompt template versioning, model lifecycle tracking, accuracy validation test suites, user feedback loop processing, and full audit trail compliance.
- Build automated test suites for all workflow scenarios and AI agent responses, validating against CLIENT defined acceptance criteria.
- Support the HR AI Agent 2.0 track with workflow enhancements and AI pipeline contributions on a part time basis as directed by CLIENT.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand ups, fortnightly sprint reviews, and monthly progress reporting.
Must Have Skills
