About this opportunity

  • We are looking for a motivated Front Office RAN Automated Operations Engineer to support operational activities across telecom and IT domains, contributing to alarm monitoring, incident handling, reporting, automation support, and operational coordination.

What you will do

  • Responsible for alarm monitoring and incident handling activities across telecom and IT environments
  • Perform initial troubleshooting, event analysis, and incident escalation according to defined operational procedures
  • Assist in the execution of operational reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking activities
  • Support automation initiatives, including the use and maintenance of scripts, dashboards, and workflow tools
  • Coordinate with operational teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
  • Contribute to service assurance activities and ensure adherence to operational processes and procedures
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for operational improvements and automation enhancements
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of operational documentation, reports, and knowledge articles
  • Participate in shift based operations, ensuring service continuity and compliance with operational targets
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and gain exposure to telecom network technologies and managed services practices
  • Participate in training and continuous learning activities related to telecom operations, automation, and emerging technologies
  • Support the implementation of AI driven operational improvements and modern service management practices

The skills you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications RAN / MW, networking, IT systems, or automation concepts
  • Previous experience in Managing Telecom Networks (minimum 2 years' experience) or IT Operations
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting
  • Interest in telecom operations, automation technologies, scripting, and AI driven solutions
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in multicultural environments
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and operational processes
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages, databases, or automation tools is considered an advantage
  • Good understanding of incident management, monitoring tools, or managed services concepts is a plus
  • Ability to work in a shift based operational environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Self motivated mindset with a strong desire to develop technical and operational expertise
