Responsibilities
- Prepare composite and automotive body parts for painting, including sanding, masking, filling, and surface correction
- Apply primer, basecoat, clear coat, and specialized paint finishes according to company standards
- Perform color matching and blending to achieve high quality finishes
- Inspect painted surfaces and carry out polishing, buffing, and finishing work when required
- Ensure proper handling and storage of paints, materials, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint booth and work area
- Coordinate with production, detailing, and quality control teams to meet project deadlines
- Follow all safety procedures and proper use of PPE and painting equipment
- Identify paint defects and perform corrective actions as needed
- Support continuous improvement of painting and finishing processes within the composite department
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Painter, Automotive Painter, or similar role
- Knowledge of automotive paint systems, preparation techniques, and finishing processes
- Ability to perform accurate color matching and paint blending
- Familiarity with spray guns, polishing tools, and paint booth operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good understanding of workplace safety standards

- We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented Auto Body Painter to join our Composite Production Department.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing of automotive composite parts while maintaining high quality standards for luxury and performance vehicles.

Compensation
- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
