Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and relevant UAE authorities such as Municipality, Civil Defense, RTA, DDA, MOHRE, Free Zones, and other regulatory entities
- Lead the submission, follow up, and acquisition of permits, NOCs, approvals, licenses, and completion certificates
- Provide expert guidance to internal teams on authority requirements, regulations, procedures, and compliance standards
- Review and verify all documents submitted to authorities to ensure accuracy and alignment with regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with project, engineering, legal, HR, and compliance teams to streamline submission workflows
- Maintain strong working relationships with government officials, inspectors, and approval officers
- Track approval timelines, update stakeholders, and mitigate delays by resolving issues promptly
- Ensure the company stays updated on changes in UAE laws, regulatory frameworks, and authority processes
- Represent the company in meetings, site inspections, and authority audits when required
- Maintain organized documentation, logs, and records of all approvals and regulatory interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 2 10 years of experience in authority liaison, government relations, compliance, or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and approval workflows (e.g., Municipality, Civil Defense, RTA, Trakhees, DDA, Free Zones)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of document control and regulatory procedures
- Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and authority online portals
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Strong network with approval officers or government representatives.
- Valid UAE driving license.
