- Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities
- Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
- Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
- Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in emergencies
- Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
- Process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- No related work experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and over 50 pounds with assistance

Position Summary
- Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities
- Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
- Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
- Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility for safety and welfare
- Observe activity and respond appropriately in emergencies
- Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
Duties
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Follow company policies and procedures; maintain professional appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Process payments for rentals and activities
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Enter and locate work related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds unassisted and over 50 pounds with assistance
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
Required Qualifications
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Recreation Equipment
- Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
