Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for ATM software systems and related infrastructure
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ATM software issues, transaction failures, and system errors
- Monitor ATM network performance and ensure maximum system availability and uptime
- Support ATM software implementations, upgrades, and patch deployments
- Collaborate with banking and IT teams to identify and resolve operational issues promptly
- Conduct testing and quality assurance checks on ATM software configurations and updates
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident logs, and support reports
- Ensure all ATM operations comply with banking security standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands on experience in ATM software support, maintenance, or implementation
- Strong knowledge of ATM transaction processing, switch management, and network operations
- Familiarity with ATM software platforms and banking technology infrastructure
- Experience working within the banking or financial services sector
- Solid understanding of banking security protocols, PCI DSS compliance, and ATM regulatory standards
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be available to work onsite in Riyadh, KSA with valid work authorization or transferable Iqama

Role Overview
- Our Client is a well established consulting firm in Saudi Arabia seeking a technically skilled ATM Software Support Specialist with hands on experience in ATM software systems. The successful candidate will support, maintain, and optimise ATM software operations within a fast paced banking technolog
Key Responsibilities
