Athletics - Office Assistant

Office Assistant will perform basic desk attendant responsibilities and will assist the Assistant Director of Administration.

They will work with athletic department employees on various levels.

• Some knowledge of Athletics
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Experience using Microsoft office and Google Docs
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team environment
• Responsible, dependable, with basic office skills
• Assist office manager in daily functions
• Assist all other staff and coaches with various tasks and office work
• Answer the phone at the front desk and direct all calls
• Greet and welcome any guests that come into the athletic department
• Assist student athletes and help mangage the academic center
